Privacy Policy

LAST UPDATED: MAY 27, 2026

1. The Short Version

At Omnilytiqs, we respect your privacy and keep things simple. This page explains what information we collect when you use our service, why we need it, and how we use it.

The most important thing to know upfront: we will never sell your personal information — ever. If we ever make big changes to this policy, we'll update the date at the top so you always know it's current.

2. What Information We Collect

We only collect what we actually need to run our service properly. Here's what that includes:

  • Your account details — your name, email address, and password when you sign up.
  • Your Google account data — things like how many people clicked on your website in Google Search, and how fast your pages load. We only see this after you give us permission to connect your Google accounts.
  • How you use Omnilytiqs — which pages you visit and which features you use, so we can make the platform better for everyone.
  • Payment details — processed securely by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use what we collect to:

  • Run Omnilytiqs and keep your reports and dashboards working properly
  • Process your payments and manage your subscription
  • Send you important updates about your account — no spam, we promise
  • Understand how people use our platform so we can keep improving it
  • Keep the platform safe and prevent misuse

4. Your Google Account Data

When you connect your Google accounts, you choose exactly what you share with us. We use that data only to power your Omnilytiqs reports — nothing else.

  • We never share your Google data with outside companies, advertisers, or anyone else
  • You can disconnect at any time — either from inside Omnilytiqs or directly from your Google account settings
  • We follow all of Google's rules about how connected data should be handled

5. Who We Share Your Data With

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. The only times we'd ever share your data are:

  • Trusted partners who help us run the service — like our payment processor or hosting provider. They're all under strict agreements to protect your data.
  • If the law requires it — for example, if we're legally required to respond to a court order.
  • If Omnilytiqs is ever sold or merged — your data would move with the same privacy protections already in place.

6. Cookies

We use cookies — small files saved in your browser — to keep you logged in and remember your preferences.

  • Essential cookies keep the platform working. These are always on and can't be switched off.
  • Analytics cookies help us understand how people use the platform so we can improve it. This data is always anonymised — we never track you personally.

You can manage cookies through your browser settings, though turning off essential cookies may stop some parts of the platform from working properly.

7. How We Keep Your Data Safe

We take security seriously. Here's what we do to protect your information:

  • All data is encrypted when it's sent between your browser and our servers
  • Your stored data is protected and kept in secure, access-controlled systems
  • Only a small number of trusted team members can access user data, and only when absolutely necessary

That said, no system is completely risk-free. If you ever think someone has accessed your account without your permission, please contact us right away at security@omnilytiqs.com.

8. Your Rights

You're always in control of your data. Depending on where you live, you have the right to:

  • See your data — ask us for a copy of what we hold about you
  • Fix your data — ask us to correct anything that's wrong or out of date
  • Delete your data — ask us to remove your account and all associated information
  • Take your data with you — request a copy of your data in a format you can use elsewhere
  • Opt out of marketing — unsubscribe from our emails at any time

To make any of these requests, just email us at support@omnilytiqs.com. We'll get back to you within 30 days.
