1. The Short Version
We want you to feel good about using Omnilytiqs. This page explains clearly when you can get a refund, how to ask for one, and what happens next. If you have any questions that aren't covered here, just reach out — we're always happy to help.
2. Our General Refund Policy
All Omnilytiqs plans — monthly and yearly — are generally non-refundable. When you subscribe, you get immediate access to the full platform, and that access continues until the end of the period you've paid for.
Here's what that means in simple terms:
- Cancelling your plan stops future payments but doesn't refund what you've already paid for the current period
- Unused days left in your billing period are not refunded
- Downgrading your plan mid-way through a billing period doesn't generate any credit or refund for the difference
3. When We Do Give Refunds
We review refund requests individually in the following situations:
- Charged twice by mistake — If a technical error caused you to be billed more than once for the same period, we'll refund the extra charge straight away.
- Payment you didn't authorise — If someone made a payment on your account without your knowledge, let us know within 14 days and we'll look into it and refund you if confirmed.
- Major service outage — If Omnilytiqs is unavailable for more than 72 hours in a row, affected customers may receive a credit for that time.
- Annual plan — changed your mind early — If you signed up for a yearly plan and want a refund within the first 14 days, and you haven't really used the service yet, we'll consider a full refund at our discretion.
4. Free Trials
If Omnilytiqs offers a free trial, your card won't be charged until the trial ends. You can cancel anytime before the trial is up to avoid being billed.
- If you forgot to cancel before your trial ended and got charged, contact us within 48 hours and we'll consider giving you a full refund as a one-time goodwill gesture
- This one-time goodwill refund is only available once per account
5. How to Request a Refund
If you think you qualify for a refund based on the situations above, here's how to reach us:
- Email support@omnilytiqs.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
- Include your account email, the date you were charged, the amount, and a short explanation of why you're requesting a refund
- We'll get back to you within 3 working days
If your refund is approved, the money goes back to the card or payment method you originally used. It usually shows up within 5–10 working days depending on your bank.
6. Please Talk to Us Before Contacting Your Bank
If something looks wrong with a charge, please reach out to us first before raising a dispute with your bank. We can almost always sort it out faster and more easily that way.
Accounts with an open bank dispute may be temporarily paused while we look into it. Once everything is resolved, your account will be reinstated or your refund will be processed.
