To use Omnilytiqs fully, you'll need to create an account. Here's what we ask:

• Keep your login details safe. You're responsible for everything that happens under your account, so don't share your password with people you don't trust.
• Team members you invite are also bound by these same rules.
• If something looks wrong — like someone accessing your account without permission — please let us know straight away at support@omnilytiqs.com

Omnilytiqs is a paid service. Here's how billing works:

• Billing happens monthly or yearly, depending on the plan you choose. Payments are processed securely and automatically.
• You can cancel anytime through your account settings. You'll keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you won't be charged again after that.
• Payments are non-refundable unless required by law. We don't offer partial refunds if you cancel in the middle of a billing period.

Omnilytiqs works by connecting to your Google accounts — like Google Search Console (GA4) to pull in your website data.

• By connecting these accounts, you're giving us permission to read and use that data to power your reports.
• We never sell your data or share it with advertisers. Ever.
• You're always in control. You can disconnect your Google accounts at any time, either from your Omnilytiqs settings or directly from your Google account.

Everything inside Omnilytiqs — the dashboards, charts, designs, and reports — belongs to us. By subscribing, we give you permission to use it for your own business or to share reports with your clients.

What you cannot do:

• Copy or recreate our tools or designs
• Resell or redistribute our platform
• Try to reverse-engineer how our system works

Omnilytiqs gives you real, useful data about your website — but there are a few things worth knowing:

• Some reports are based on test conditions, not always live traffic. Real-world results can vary depending on your visitors' devices, locations, and internet speeds.
• We don't guarantee specific results like higher Google rankings or increased sales. Our tools give you the insights — what you do with them is up to you.
• Any suggested fixes are recommendations only. Your own team is responsible for making changes to your website.

We work hard to keep Omnilytiqs running smoothly, but we can't be held responsible for things outside our control — like drops in your search rankings, lost traffic, or business losses.

If something does go wrong on our end, the most we'd ever be responsible for is the amount you paid us in the last 6 months.

We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that break these rules — for example, misusing the platform or violating any laws. If your account is closed for a serious reason, you're not allowed to create a new one to get around it.
